It's a GIRL!!!

Yea! "It" is finally here! That is what we have been calling our baby for the last 9 months because we didn't know what we were having. I am so happy to not have to call her "it" any longer.
CHLOE RENAE COOPER
7 lbs. 8 oz.
20" long
Born on July 29, 2008 at 12:57 am
(her name will have the .. over the "e" as soon as I figure out how to do it, this request is per Brett. He says that is his part in deciding on her name. This way people will know how to pronounce her name properly.)

On monday morning, my Dr. called me and asked if I would like to be enduced that afternoon. I was like, what? Really? He was confident that I was ready to go. I told him I'd think about it and call him back within the hour. I was a little nervous because I didn't want to jeopardize my health or the babies health. My due date was the following day, so I figured we should be safe. I called him back and told him I was ready. The hospital called me at about 1:00 and told me they were ready. I want to thank Ashley for taking our two little kiddos for us while we went to the hospital. She helped us out a ton! I made Brett take a pic of me and the kids before we left.
The fam awaiting the arrival of our new baby.

Just after delivery. She was wide awake. It felt so weird to see that we had a 3rd child. The anticipation of what the gender would be was so much fun as well.

It's amazing that she already knew what she wanted right after she was born....FOOD!

Grandpa showing the kids Chloe's little hands.

Ahhhh, so sweet.

Not quite sure what to think.

Proud big brother.

Can I just say how much I love my husband!! He was so great to have right by my side. I am very lucky to have him as my bestest friend! Thanks babe! And ya gotta love Chloe's face in thins pic!

Going home with her proud papa.

I wasn't sure how Brielle would do with the new baby. I was worried she might be a little bit jealous. As you can see, she was the complete opposite. She LOVED her new little baby sister.

The whole Cooper clan.
I can't beleive this! How much better does it get!?

"Going on an adventure.."

So, my mom came up for a few days to help me pass the time as I am at the end of my pregnancy. The first day that she was here, she told the kids to hop in the car and we were going on an adventure. Wyatt was sooo excited!

We went up to see the Idaho Falls Temple, which was beautiful.
Wyatt and Grandma

We then, decided to go the the little zoo there. It was the perfect size for us. A pregnant lady can only "waddle" around for so long, ya know?! My mom and I enjoyed ourselves and of course, the kids had a blast. Wyatt especially loved the adventure and wonders when the next one is coming. Thankfully his Grandma Sandie is very adventurous!! She and Wyatt will have a great time together.

Weekend at the Cabin

The whole Geisler fam except for Ty who is on a mission in Mexico, were able to go up the the Cooper's cabin in the Uintas. It was so nice to get away and go into the great outdoors and enjoy nature. It was beautiful up there! We were able to see and do so many different things. It is also nice to be able to enjoy each others company.

Bry, Brett, and Jed playing a game of horseshoes, which Jed won 3 times in a row.

Home run hitter!

We had a blast on the four wheelers.

Ellie was sooo excited to get in the canoe with Dad. She was very upset when her turn was done.

Wyatt's first fish of the trip.

Ellie's first fish of the trip. She was the first one to catch a fish.

We enjoyed shooting at the gun range.

Happy 4th!!!

Whoopsy! I posted these backwards..oh well, I'll just blame it on the preganancy! The fourth of July was so much fun. It was nice to just be together and get to have some time with Brett. The kids love it when he is home to hang out with us.

We went up to the fairgrounds to watch the firework show, which was spectacular!

Our two cheesers at home doing our own firework show.

He LOVED the smoke bombs! Once again, he is taking after his Dad and his love of fire. This worries me just a little bit!!

Earlier in the afternoon, we took the kids up to the fairgrounds to ride the rides and run around.

Brielle loved the slide

We went to the parade in the morning and found the perfect spot, thanks to Brett. The kids had so much fun collecting the candy that was thrown and I had a great time eating it all...did I just say that!? We loved the 4th of July and are thankful for the fun memories we made.

Our 5th Anniversary

Wow! I can't beleive that 5 years have passed since we were married. So many things have happened in those 5 years. Brett earned his under-grad and Master's degrees while living in Provo. We then took a job in Southern California, and we absolutely LOVED where we lived but the job wasn't quite ideal for us so we decided to move once again to Southeastern Idaho. We have had 2 children, soon to be 3 and have had so much fun during all of our adventures. I wonder where 5 more years will take us.....

So, this year it was my turn to plan (which I am terrible at). It was definitely hard to top Brett's surprise last year when we ate dinner at an awesome restaurant on the beach in Malibu. But, I gave it a shot. We were limited on what we could do with me being prego. So, my mom came up to watch the kids while we went to Chili's and had some dinner. The first thing Brett said to the waitress was "do you guys have any anniversary specials?" Of course I was embarassed but we did get a free dessert which was soooo good. We ordered the White Chocolate Molten Lava Cake with Ice cream on top. Then they bring this bear with balloons and wish us a Happy Anniversary and I was like...Dang! Chili's sure does celebrate anniversaries! I looked at the card and my name was in Brett's handwriting. He is such a sweetheart and loves to surprise me. He knew where we were going for dinner and had dropped off the balloons earlier that day. He always outdoes me. Later, we went mini golfing and had a great time. And once again, Brett asked the cashier "do you have any anniversary specials?" Once again, I was embarrassed but we did get a 2 for 1 deal. Way to go babe! Brett loves to golf with me because it gives his ego a little boost. I am not the best golfer, but we had a nice time with JUST each other. I am so excited to see what our future holds. I know that as long as we are together, everything will be fine. He is my best friend and I love him so much! Also, thanks to my mom for helping us out!

Summer Fun

Over Father's Day weekend, we were able to go and enjoy some time with our Dad's. The weather was nice enough to let the kids go outside and play in the water. I am so thankful for my Dad. He is such a great man and I am very thankful for his wonderful example to me and my little family.

Wyatt cruisin' down the slip n' slide

Me, my sister-in-law, Melanie, Audrey, and Brielle

We were also able to have a BBQ with some of Brett's buddies from high school. It was so fun to visit with them and let they kids play together. A big thanks to Mike for always getting eveything together.
Our little artists....Dayton Patrick, Brielle, and Ella Weathers.

The boys
Ryan Combe, Kade Boyer, Tyler Dunyon, Tyson Skeen, Mike Weathers, Brett, Ella and Wyatt.

Their lovely wives
Nat Skeen, Jessica (Kade's date), prego, Kristin Weathers, Randi Dunyon, and Staci Patrick.

And here we have trouble with a capital "T." Ella is so darn cute, we'll have to keep these two at an arms length as they get older.
